Hi!

I’m Kelsey

After my celiac diagnosis in 2011, I knew I wanted to help people feel confident navigating life with celiac disease.

There are no days off with celiac. As a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, I have the knowledge and real life experience with celiac to support you.

Story

I was diagnosed with celiac disease in the middle of my teenage years. Every night after dinner I felt sick and didn’t know why. Fast forward to getting diagnosed months later, I didn’t know where to start. I was navigating high school and being a teenager and just wanted to fit in. Learning how to follow a gluten-free diet and navigate social settings was a huge challenge. I felt alone and far from a “normal” teenager.

A few months into my diagnosis I started learning more and more about nutrition. Soon after, I decided I wanted to study nutrition and help other people like me feel supported during this major life change.
