Why Nutrition Support Is Essential After a Celiac Diagnosis

Celiac disease is not a preference or intolerance—it’s an autoimmune condition. Even small amounts of gluten can trigger intestinal damage, inflammation, and symptoms.

Many people newly diagnosed with celiac disease:

  • Continue to have symptoms despite going gluten-free

  • Accidentally consume gluten through cross-contact or improperly reading labels

  • Rely on overly restrictive or unbalanced diets

  • Feel anxious, frustrated and isolated around food

Early nutrition counseling can help prevent these issues and support intestinal healing, nutrient repletion, and long-term health.

This is a Good Fit if You:

  • Were recently diagnosed with celiac disease

  • Feel overwhelmed or confused about the gluten-free diet

  • Want to avoid hidden sources of gluten

  • Are still experiencing symptoms

  • Want expert guidance from a. credentialed professional who has celiac
