Meet your teacher

I might be a Registered & Licensed Dietitian, but I am exactly like YOU. I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2011 and have learned it all over the years along with my education in Nutrition.

I help clients feel confident with label reading, grocery shopping, how to dine out safely and navigate follow up care and correcting nutrient deficiencies.

When I was diagnosed, I spent hours and hours reading online trying to find accurate information. I created this course so you don’t have to!

I’m so happy you’re here!
